A New Chapter in Gibraltar’s Oldest Defences

This upgrade follows the success of our WWII Tunnels transformation and will introduce new storytelling, hands-on interactives, and immersive interpretation that bring the drama of the Great Siege to life like never before.

From the soldiers who carved these tunnels by hand to the strategic genius behind their construction, the revitalised experience will offer visitors a deeper, more engaging journey into Gibraltar’s 18th-century past. Work is underway — and a new era for the tunnels is coming soon.
